MTR Dosa 200g (Pan Cake Mix )

Extremely crispy and golden rice Dosa. Delicious, traditional breakfast ready in a blink of an eye. Dosa is a traditional Indian pancake made of fermented rice batter with lentils. It is one of the basic dishes of Indian cuisine. 

Preparation method:

• Mix one cup of Dosa mix with 1 cup of water and ½ cup of thick yogurt
• Mix until smooth
• Spread the right amount of dough on the hot pan
• Add a tablespoon of oil
• Fry until golden brown
• Serve hot
