Shan Vegetable Masala 100g

Mix For Spicy Vegetable Curry.

Ingredients required:
1. Single/ Mixed Vegetable – 500g Washed, prepared accordingly
2. Onions – 2 medium/ 200g finely sliced
3. Tomatoes – 2-3 medium/ 200g, finely chopped
4. Cooking Oil – 1/2 cup/ 85ml
5. Shan Vegetable Masala – 2-3 Tablespoon
Steps of Cooking:
1. In hot Oil fry the onions for a few minutes. Add tomatoes and fry for a few minutes.
2. Add vegetables, Shan Vegetable Masala Mix, and fry for a few minutes. Stir and add the desired quantity of water if necessary. Cook on low heat until vegetables are tender.
