Potatoes &#8211; 3 cups, peeled, boiled, and cubed<br \/>\n3. Onion &#8211; 1 cup, finely diced<br \/>\n4. Green chillies &#8211; 3-4, finely sliced<br \/>\n5. Lemon juice &#8211; 3-4 tbsp<br \/>\n6. Fresh coriander<br \/>\n7. Tamarind paste- 1\/2 cup<br \/>\n8. Papri &#8211; 1 cup, crushed<br \/>\n9. Shan Chana Chaat Masala 3-4 tbsp<br \/>\nMethod: Combine all the above items except Papri.
