In front of the company building, where the beans are ground and packed, a long queue of tourists and city residents forms every day, who come especially for the most famous Turkish coffee – Mehmet Efendi.<\/p>\n
Making Turkish coffee:<\/p>\n
1. Pour the coffee into a pot. Add sugar and pour in cold water. Proportion 2 teaspoons of coffee to 1 small cup.<\/p>\n
2. Boil the coffee, stirring gently, be careful not to boil the coffee over. This is the most difficult part of the operation.<\/p>\n
3. Remove from the heat for a moment and then boil again. You can skim off the foam with a spoon or repeat the operation – after about the fifth boiling, the foam disappears.<\/p>\n
4. Boil again and slowly pour the remaining coffee down the side of the cup.<\/p>\n
5. Wait a moment for the ground grains to sink to the bottom.<\/p>\n
